SHIPMENT COSTS

The promotions that we make e.g free transportation, decrease in the transport rate and others, will be exceptional, without priority in your shipment and in no mandatory moment. We reserve the right to modify these promotions without prior notice.

The delivery time will depend on the stock; in general the deliveries will be made within a period of 5 to 6 business days and may be extended up to 7 or 14 days depending on the type of product or the available stock.

If you have any doubt or urgency we recommend you to check the delivery time by contacting us.

*** In some countries, an international transportation fee will be applied according to weight, volume and destination. Please request a quote before making your purchase.

 

RETURN POLICY

Keep in mind that we want your experience with us to be satisfactory and we are very sorry if something goes wrong. Remember that before confirming an order you should check that the information is correct and any questions you have is preferable to call us, we will do everything possible to clear it.

We inform you that it is your right to return the products, for this you have a period of 4 days once received. You will have to contact us before the deadline, to send you the instructions. Remember that the expenses generated by this return will be at the expense of the customer. (For return expenses, shipping, return and management expenses are included).

The product must be returned in its original packaging, in its original conditions and with all its accessories. In case the product does not arrive in perfect conditions we reserve the right to pay the amount of your order.

We are not allowed to accept returns of products containing food, so again we recommend you check the content of your purchase before placing any order.

The costs of transportation of products that can not be delivered, that are not claimed or that are returned will be borne by the customer. Unless the error is on our part in which case they will be at our expense.

If the product has been damaged during transport, you must record on the delivery note, not receive the product and call us immediately or send us an email.

If the product is defective or broken, please send us images immediately with the order number. We will answer as soon as possible with the instructions to follow. Remember to check your product within the indicated deadlines so that the claims can be taken care of.

Claims will not be accepted after 4 days as we understand that after that period the product has been received to satisfaction. Likewise, the exercise of the right of withdrawal on products with an expiration date less than one month or for those products that have been made to measure will not be admitted.

No returns will be accepted for products that could not be delivered for reasons not attributable to Mopec 2007 S.A, if the customer has not reached a delivery agreement after 7 days of shipment or causes repeated absence without claim of the product.

If as a result of the return of an item, the minimum order required for free transportation does not apply, the corresponding transportation fare will be charged plus the expenses generated by the return.

For product changes, the same refund conditions will apply.

The refund of the money will be deducted from the next invoice once received and the product revised. Unless the client indicates otherwise. The refund will only be made by the same means of payment in which it was received. Transportation costs will be deducted if applicable.

 

CANCELLATION

You must know that the orders can be canceled at any time, before you receive the preparation message in progress, from that moment we started to manage it so that modifications can not be made. Once it has left our facilities, it would apply as a return. Anyway, any change you require, send us a message.

Mopec.es contains information relative to the products we manufacture. Also, if the error is price, 2007 S.A reserves the right to cancel the orders listed with incorrect prices even if these were confirmed and loaded on the credit cards.

 

PRODUCT ON STANDBY OR IN BACK ORDER

It is possible that some deliveries are delayed by products that are not available in stock at the time of placing the order, in which case, we will inform you and we can propose an alternative option. If a similar product is not available, or you do not want another product, you should know that you have the right to request the cancellation of the order and the refund of your money at any time. That will be made by the same means of payment as soon as possible.

 

CLAIMS

Any claim can be directed to our contact email or from your account. We inform you that once the order has been delivered or completed in your process you have 4 days to request a refund or submit a claim after that period we will close any incident.
