Sales conditions (trade only)
Orders can be placed through our website or by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Shipments to Spain and EU Countries
There is no minimum order.
Countries outside the EU
Contact our export department at email@example.com.
Orders over the following amounts (vat not included) will be sent with prepaid freight. Otherwise, the following freight costs will be invoiced:
5€. Orders over 50€ will be sent with prepaid freight.
5,50€. Orders over 200€ will be sent with prepaid freight.
Rest of Spain
6,50€. Orders over 200€ will be sent with prepaid freight.
14,50€. Orders over 200€ will be sent with prepaid freight.
Orders over 600€ will be sent with prepaid freight. Otherwise, the following freight costs will be charged:

All orders will be charged 15€.
Rest of the world
Depends on total gross weight or volume. All orders from countries not listed before will be processed right away. Once they are ready for shipment, an updated proforma invoice will be sent with the corresponding freight cost. Customers may contact our export department for information about approximate cost for their countries. In any case, customers will always have the option of sending their own transport agencies to collect their orders.
Terms of payment
Cash on delivery (only for Spain and Portugal).
Bank transfer in advance.
Credit card (only for orders placed online).
3-5 days for regular orders and up to 10 days for orders with personalized items.
1-2 weeks depending on the transit time of each country.
1-2 weeks depending on the transit time of each country plus an extra week for customs purposes.
Claims and return policy
Claims must be presented within 4 days after the delivery of an order. After this period, 2007 S.A. will consider that your order has been received satisfactorily.
We kindly ask customers that notice any damage in the packaging of the goods to please specify it in the carrier’s delivery note. That way, we will be able to make the relevant claim if the contents have been damaged during transportation. If you consider that one item is defective or broken, please send pictures to support your claim to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the reference of each item and your contact information.
If a customer is not satisfied with an item, he has the right to return it also within 4 days after the delivery of an order. Unless we have sent an item by mistake, customers will always take care of the return costs (transport and handling).
2007 S.A. will not accept returns of:
- Items with food (for sanitary reasons).
- Personalized items (unless they are defective or sent by mistake).
2007 S.A. reserves the right to not do the refund of:
- Items that are not returned in their original packaging with all their accessories.
- Items that do not arrive in perfect condition.
- Items that could not be delivered for reasons not attributable to 2007 S.A.
- Items that could not be delivered for repeated absence of the customer or his unavailability to reach an agreement with the transport agency for the delivery.
Once an item has been returned and reviewed, a credit note will be issued and deducted from the customer’s following order. If the customer requests a refund, it will be made with the same method of payment of the order.
Cancellation of and order
Orders can be canceled until a message of preparation in progress is received. From that moment on, it is not possible to make any modifications. If a customer wishes to cancel an order that has already left our facilities, it will be handled as a return.
Our website www.mopec.es/en contains information relating to the products we manufacture. Mistakes found in the published information will be corrected as soon as possible. If there is a mistake in the price of one item, 2007 S.A. reserves the right to cancel orders with products listed with incorrect prices, even if these have been confirmed and paid in advance.
Pending order or Back orders
If an item for a confirmed/paid order is not available at the time of shipment, our sales team will offer an alternative item. Customers have the right to cancel all or part of their orders and get a refund If a similar item is not available or they do not accept the alternative item. Refunds will be made with the same payment method used to pay the order in advance.
